To be named a top producing agent or team in one of Crye-Leike's nine-state regions, individual(s) must have earned the highest sales volume, or had the highest number of real estate transactions, for that year.

Kerrigan will specialize in residential, first-time homebuyer and investment property real estate services throughout Williamson, Davidson and Wilson counties.

Kerrigan, new to the real estate industry, was most recently a regional sales director for Anheuser-Busch. During his 25-year career with that company, he became a trustworthy worker who was able to build long-lasting relationships with his clients.
