BELLA VISTA, AR., - For more than four decades Marvin Dutton put his talents as an Electrical Engineer to work on projects across the US, Canada and Mexico. He takes great pride in knowing his work has created great environments for people to live, work and enjoy life.

"40 years is a long time to pursue a career in the same field these days, but when you do something you enjoy, you stay with it," said Dutton. "I hit the workforce right after graduating from Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois - and in January of 2009 I had the opportunity to retire, and the timing seemed right."

Dutton retired from STV, Inc - headquartered in Douglassville Pennsylvania and New York City - as a Senior Electrical Engineer and stockholder. He had been with the firm for five years.

"My wife Pat and I decided on Bella Vista for our retirement because of the beautiful weather and extremely friendly people," said Dutton....

McDonough, GA., - In many ways buying a home is like playing on a team. You have your competing players - made up of the people selling on one side and the people buying on the other. And then there are lots of officials involved? from the closing attorney to the loan officer, property appraiser and home inspector.

If there had to be ONE key member of the team? it would be the coach, otherwise known as the Realtor. Southern Crescent Realtor Bill Piper can totally relate to the role of the Realtor as the Coach.

"For the past 4 years I've been happily coaching buyers and investors through the real estate purchase and selling process," said Piper. "It's a natural process for me after more than 16 years coaching high school baseball."

For eight years Piper coached both travel and recreational little league baseball and for the past four years he's helped with summer and fall coaching at his son Jessie's...

GREERS FERRY, AR., - Crunching the numbers as a financial manager, accounting manager and office manager is stressful work? and a career Jo Anne Wyatt enjoyed for 25 years. While she may be giving it up in pursuit of her passion to buy and sell real estate - her background as a professional focused on the bottom line will definitely benefit her business as a Realtor at Crye-Leike Brock Real Estate.

"I am very optimistic that with a lot of hard work and dedication I can be successful," said Jo Anne. "Even though I seem to be working many more hours than I did when I was working on the financial side - I enjoy the flexibility."

For 19 years, Jo Anne was the financial manager at HazenTec, LLC in Hazen Arkansas. When she relocated to Heber Springs she joined Arkansas Boating Center, Inc. as the Accounting Manager. Most recently - she served as the Office Manager for Falcon Mechanical Contractors, Inc. in Conway.

Sales Associates in Crye-Leike, REALTORS Clarsksville/St. Bethlehem office woke up early on Saturday, July 10th - but their motivation wasn't to make a sale.

The Realtors inspiration to skip sleeping in that morning was a pancake breakfast fundraiser they planned and organized for United Way.

Crye-Leike Clarksville's Pancake Breakfast held at Applebee's raised $977.00 for local charities. Each year the Realtors come up with a creative way to fundraise for charities supported by United Way.

Thanks to several Crye-Leike associates including--Phil and Kathy M...

BENTON, AR., - As a born and raised Benton native, Tonya Beaty Parks has been a big fan of all things her hometown has to offer. The 84' graduate of Benton High School has stayed active in recent years raising three amazing kids with her husband Robin. And for the past eight years owning and operating Yakety Yak Communications, a wireless phones and accessories business - took her community spirit to new heights.

"Sadly after eight years it was decided for me that the wireless business was not to be at this time in my life," said Tonya. "I enjoyed being in that field at the time and must say I miss it very much."

Not one to dwell on the past for too long? Tonya - a true salesperson through and through - realized the time was right to embrace her love for real estate and become a licensed Realtor.

"Like a lot of people I've been a huge fan of the home sales and home transformation shows on networks li...
