Chattanooga, TN:   Crye-Leike Real Estate Services announces that Jeff Nixon has been named the general administrative manager of Crye-Leike's Chattanooga Region. Nixon will be responsible for overseeing the various divisions of the Chattanooga Region and will help in the efforts to increase office growth and productivity.

Nixon joined Crye-Leike eight years ago as the managing broker of the Huntsville, AL branch office, later moving to Chattanooga and becoming the sales manager of the Downtown office in 2017. He has held a real estate license since 1995, with experience in accounting, new construction, military moves, corporate relocation and brokerage management.

Cordova, TN:   Crye-Leike Real Estate Services announces that Sheryl Wells has been named the assistant manager of Crye-Leike Cordova. Wells will be partially responsible for the recruitment, training and management of the office's sales associates.

Wells, a member of the Memphis Area Association of REALTORS® and the Northwest Mississippi Association of REALTORS®, has been a member of the real estate industry for 23 years, holding a broker's license in Tennessee and Mississippi. Wells' managing experience dates back to the early 2000's when she was the managing broker for the Memphis division of Beazer Homes, moving on to manage Vintage Realty, LLC in Cordova.
