Although the law does not require a final walk-through, it is in the buyer's best interest to do one. MCDONOUGH, GA. - Crye-Leike Real Estate Services announces that Amber Bell Jones has been named the branch manager of its McDonough, GA branch office. Jones will be responsible for the recruitment, training and management of the office's sales associates.

Jones, a member of the real estate industry for over 20 years, joined Crye-Leike's McDonough office 8 years ago. Her mother, Donna Bell-Mayo, recently stepped down as branch manager of the McDonough office after 13 years, and Jones will follow her example as a leader for over 50 sales associates. Jones is looking forward to this new opportunity and helping the McDonough office continue to grow.

BENTON, AR. - Crye-Leike Real Estate Services announces that Angie Johnson has been named the managing broker of its Benton, AR branch office. Johnson will be responsible for the recruitment, training and management of the office's sales associates.

Johnson and her mother, Karen Crowson, worked at Crye-Leike's Bryant location until the opportunity arose for them to help open Crye-Leike's Benton office in 2004. Crowson has since served as the managing broker for the Benton location until making the decision to step down and serve as executive broker, while Johnson serves as managing broker. The mother-daughter duo has worked as a real estate team for 19 years and will continue to serve clients throughout the Central Arkansas region.
