Bowling Green, Ky. - Crye*Leike Executive Realty, the largest franchisee of Crye-Leike, Realtors, the nation's 10th largest real estate company, has expanded business operations by moving into a newly built $1.5 million office facility, located at 1278 Campbell Lane in Bowling Green, Ky.

The move was prompted by the company's growing sales force, which generated $38.8 million in sales during 2003, said Kirk Tinsley, principal broker and co-owner.

It was less than two years ago when Crye*Leike Executive Realty opened for business in July 2002. "We just outgrew our current space," said Tinsley, " and, that's not such a bad problem to have."

After just one year in business, co-owners Kirk Tinsley and Geoff Fields saw first-hand how fast their new business and sales force were growing and their 3,120 square foot office space was shrinking. It was at that point that they decided...

Street-churning development is remaking North Little Rock's downtown, but its historic Park Hill neighborhood is generating interest by relying on old-fashioned charm, affordable housing and an infrastructure touch-up.

The city has recently finished installing 1920s period light poles, sidewalks and improved medians on John F. Kennedy Boulevard as part of a facelift by Marlar Engineering of North Litt...

Hot Springs, Ark. -  Crye-Leike, Realtors' Hot Springs branch office is now in a better position to serve Garland County's real estate needs with its recent move into a new $1.5 million state of the art facility, announces Bob Benscoter, managing broker and sales manager of Crye-Leike's Hot Springs branch office.

The office moved its current sales force of 45 sales associates in April 2004 into a new company-owned business park, located at 1420 Central Avenue, on the most popular corridor of Hot Springs and approximately 1.5 miles north of Oaklawn Race Track.

The new Crye-Leike Hot Springs office occupies 6,000 square feet of the 13,000 sq. ft. strip center, leaving enough room to expand its sales force to 60 seasoned agents, notes Benscoter.  Company officials plan to lease the remaining 7,000 sq. ft. to real estate related businesses such as a mortgage company or title & escrow company, a deviation from current market trends for strip center tenants, says...

"The National Association of Realtors predicts that historically low mortgage interest rates will dominate again this year, which will help to keep Crye-Leike's sales strong and very close to last year's record of $3.66 billion."
