Crye-Leike Brokers Form Web Site for Real Estate Investors

Two brokers with Crye-Leike Commercial have launched a new Web site aimed at real estate investors, www.emetroinvestors.com.
Dan Whipple, president and managing broker of Crye-Leike Commercial, and Eric Fuhrman, a broker with Crye-Leike Commercial, created the site in response to the growing needs of investment clients and the ballooning real estate investment market.
The site lists commercial property Whipple and Fuhrman have for sale, but Fuhrman says it goes beyond simply listing the property by adding Flash presentations to each property.
Whipple and Fuhrman are rooted in Memphis and expect the local community to be the best place for initially attracting clients, but they hope to broaden the scope to include national investors with their tailored team approach.

Crye-Leike's Spencer Knoch Becomes a Broker
Nashville, Tenn.- The Tennessee Real Estate Commission (TREC) recently announced that Spencer M. Knoch of Crye-Leike, Realtors has received his broker's license after successfully passing the real estate broker licensure examination in April 2005.
To become eligible for the broker's examination, Knoch met strict experience and education requirements as a broker candidate. Broker candidates must have held an active license as an affiliate broker for a minimum specified period and must have successfully completed 120 classroom hours of real estate education, 30 hours of which must be an office or brokerage management course taken at a TREC approved school.

Crye-Leike Opens Franchise in Bolivar, Tenn.
After 19 years of real estate service, Stallings Real Estate in Bolivar, Tenn. has recently signed a franchise agreement with Crye*Leike Franchises Inc., (www.franchises.crye-leike.com), the real estate franchisor subsidiary of Crye-Leike, Realtors. The real estate firm's new name is Crye*Leike Results Realty. Their office will remain at 313 W. Market St. in Bolivar, Tenn.
