Chattanooga, Tenn. - Doris Townsend of Crye-Leike, Realtors recently attended the Council of Residential Specialists' 17th annual educational conference for real estate agents held in Las Vegas. A resident of Ooltewah, Townsend was among more than 1,100 participants at the conference who learned from and interacted with successful real estate practitioners nationwide.
As a certified residential specialist herself, Townsend is one of only 5 percent of Realtors nationwide who have earned this distinction, denoted by the designation CRS, and is the highest credential awarded to Realtors in the residential sales field. The CRS program provides Realtors with the skills needed to render greater and broader services to help clients maximize profits and minimize costs in the home buying or selling transaction process. The conference allowed Townsend to acquire ideas and techniques that have had an immediate impact on her real estate business, she says.
