Darlene Seay Named Sales Manager for Crye-Leike
Chattanooga, Tenn. - Darlene Seay, a broker, has been named sales manager of Crye-Leike of Chattanooga's Soddy-Daisy branch office, located at 9759 Dayton Pike. She is responsible for over 22 sales associates. She will also be actively listing and selling properties in the Chattanooga area.
In residential sales since 1989 and a consistent multi-million dollar producer, Seay holds the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) and certified residential specialist (CRS) designations. She is a member of the Chattanooga Association of Realtors, having served on its Ethics & Professional Standards Committee for four years from 1996 to 1999.

Crye-Leike Grows with DeSoto County
Memphis, Tenn. - In an effort to keep up with the rapid growth in DeSoto County, Miss., Crye-Leike, Realtors will be further expanding into North Mississippi, with a third branch office. The new branch office will be located in the county seat of Hernando at 2170 Highway 51 within the Oak Tree shopping plaza.
"We see continued dynamic growth in North Mississippi," said Harold E. Crye, chief executive officer and co-owner of Crye-Leike, Inc. "This year, one of our goals was to have a third office in DeSoto County. Our new Hernando location will bring us closer to the casinos which is part of the catalyst for the growth in this area."
Crye noted that this is one of Crye-Leike's smaller offices, at approximately 2,000 sq. ft., but for a reason. Crye-Leike Expands into Athens, Tennessee Market
Chattanooga, Tenn. - Crye-Leike, Realtors announces the opening of its residential sales office in Athens, Tenn. The office, located at 500 South Congress Parkway, brings Crye-Leike to eight branch offices in the metropolitan Chattanooga area.
"Selecting Athens as our next market area was a natural progression for us with our recent branch opening in Cleveland, Tenn.," said Jack Webb, vice president and general manager of Crye-Leike of Chattanooga. "This new Athens branch office allows Crye-Leike to expand further northward up the Interstate 75 corridor, placing us centrally between Chattanooga and Knoxville."
The branch office for Crye-Leike of Athens is located in a freestanding office building that was recently acquired by Crye-Leike's chief executive officer Harold Crye and renovated to accommodate approximately 15 sales associates. Crye expects the office to serve the Athens area, along with the outlying counties of Meigs, Monroe and Polk.
