Little Rock - The United Way is always on the lookout for innovative organizations to help them raise funds for the less fortunate in our communities. It is rare that a new company not only agrees to have a campaign, but also outshines the "pros", or those companies that have run campaigns for many years.

Crye-Leike, Realtors took the market by storm during the most recent United Way 2003 Campaign. Their first campaign was a statewide endeavor, encompassing seven locations and five counties, and they had an astonishing 61 percent participation rate from their sales associates and staff.

"This effort raised over $4,885 to assist the elderly, at-risk, hungry and otherwise impoverished individuals of our community," said Elizabeth A. Copic of United Way of Pulaski County. Their accomplishment earned them the recognition of "Outstanding New Campaign" from United Way of Pulaski County.
