Crye-Leike's Bill Sewell Earns Coveted Buyer Representative Status
Chattanooga, Tenn. -Bill Sewell of Crye-Leike, Realtors has been named an accredited buyer representative by the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council (REBAC), an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors and the only nationally recognized distinction for buyer's agents.
As an accredited buyer representative, Sewell will specialize in real estate buyer representation, denoted by the initials, ABR. The ABR designation demonstrates to Sewell's clients that he has taken steps to continue his education in the field of buyer representation and has proven experience and training to deliver ethical and professional service to real estate buyers.
Requirements for this ABR designation include a comprehensive two-day course in buyer representation, a written examination on legal and practical aspects of client representation and practical experience in the field of buyer representation.

Crye-Leike, Realtors Raises $11,877 for United Way
Little Rock, Ark. - Crye-Leike, the nation's 10th largest real estate company and the largest serving Tennessee and the Mid-South, concluded its 2004 United Way Workplace Campaign by raising a total of $111,877 company wide to support United Way agencies located in 32 counties in Tennessee, Arkansas, Mississippi and Georgia, a 21 percent increase from last year's campaign.
Within its Central Arkansas Region, Crye-Leike was awarded the Crest Award by United Way of Pulaski County, a level of distinction that recognizes those campaigns with over 50 percent participation and over a 10 percent increase in giving.
Since becoming a partner with United Way in 1995, Crye-Leike, its sales associates and corporate staff company wide have contributed in excess of $395,000 toward supporting United Way agencies in their communities.

Crye-Leike Names Kathy Wilder Circle of Excellence Vice President
Chattanooga, Tenn. - Kathy Wilder of Signal Mountain was recently inducted into Crye-Leike, Realtor's Circle of Excellence, one of the highest levels of professional and personal achievement in the real estate industry.
As a member of the Circle of Excellence, she was awarded the honorary title of vice president of Crye-Leike. Since its founding in 1987, Crye-Leike's Circle of Excellence has inducted 171 elite sales associates from its sales force of 2,800.
