Chattanooga, Tenn. -Bill Sewell of Crye-Leike, Realtors has been named an accredited buyer representative by the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council (REBAC), an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors and the only nationally recognized distinction for buyer's agents.
As an accredited buyer representative, Sewell will specialize in real estate buyer representation, denoted by the initials, ABR. The ABR designation demonstrates to Sewell's clients that he has taken steps to continue his education in the field of buyer representation and has proven experience and training to deliver ethical and professional service to real estate buyers.
Requirements for this ABR designation include a comprehensive two-day course in buyer representation, a written examination on legal and practical aspects of client representation and practical experience in the field of buyer representation.
