Brentwood, TN.- Crye-Leike, Realtors is proud to announce that Dwayne McMillen, ABR, e-PRO, has obtained his Tennessee Real Estate Brokers License.

"To obtain a brokers license, one has to have been a licensed Affiliate Broker for at least three years and successfully completed more than 120 classroom hours of approved real estate education," said McMillen. "It is my desire to remain as knowledgeable as possible in this ever evolving industry to remain competitive and offer my clients world class service and expertise."

McMillen serves the real estate needs of buyers and sellers in Hamilton, Marion and Bradley Counties and specializes in residential real estate. BRENTWOOD, TN - Crye-Leike, Realtors agents from the company's Hermitage and Mt. Juliet branch offices were big winners during a recent celebration at the Drees Homes Cobblestone Landing development on North New Hope Road in Hermitage.

Hermitage Affiliate Broker Barbara Huttsell won an all expense paid cruise vacation aboard the Drees Homes "Sell and Sail" Cruise in January 2008.

Donald Jasmine and Bobby Hill, also agents from Crye-Leike, Realtors Hermitage office, were lucky winners of impressive specialty gift baskets.  Agent Judy Roark from the Crye-Leike, Realtors Mt. Juliet office was also a lucky gift basket winner.

Brentwood, TN. - Crye-Leike, Realtors agents in the Cobb/Cherokee and Canton branch offices are teaming up to spin the "Wheel of Fortune" at this year's Cherokee Pignic, October 19 & 20 at Heritage Park in Canton.

The agents in both office locations are busy gathering-up some amazing prizes to give-away to some lucky pignic goers who spin the "big wheel" in hopes of winning a "cool prize."

OOLTEWAH, TN. - Crye-Leike, Realtor Cathleen Hughes, of the Ooltewah New Homes Division, has received the prestigious designation "Graduate, Realtor Institute" (GRI) awarded by the National Association of Realtors.

"As a graduate of the Realtor Institute, I'm making a commitment to provide a high level of professional services to my clients," said Hughes.  "The GRI curriculum helps to keep me up to date on the latest real estate trends and issues."

Developed for members of the National Association of Realtors and offered through State Realtor Associations, the GRI program includes 90 hours of coursework on topics from marketing and servicing listed properties to real estate law.
