Brentwood, Tenn. - The Jones Company, a leading residential new home builder in Nashville, has formed a strategic alliance with Crye-Leike, Realtors of Nashville. Crye-Leike will provide marketing services for The Jones Company's new home sales in Middle Tennessee.

"The Jones Company recognizes the value of Realtors for their integral role in the home sales transaction," said Charles Zeni, corporate vice president of sales for The Jones Company of St. Louis, Mo. The Jones Company has sold over 15,000 homes in the greater St. Louis area as well as in Illinois and Nashville, Tenn.

"We know that 75 percent of our sales transactions involve Realtors. Crye-Leike, Realtors has a large market share in the Nashville area and access to 900 Crye-Leike sales associates in the Middle Tennessee area as well as a national relocation network. They join more than 23,000 real estate professionals in North America who have earned the ABR designation, with 780 of those ABRs in Tennessee.

"Today's real estate brokers and agents want to provide a full menu of services for their clients, whether they are buyers or sellers," explains Terrace M. McDermott, president and chief executive officer of REBAC. Memphis, Tenn. - Crye-Leike, Realtors is holding its annual Real Estate Expo on Tues., October 10, 2000 in Memphis and Tues., October 17, 2000 in Nashville to provide educational and marketing opportunities for its 2,200 sales associates and 450 employees. The trade show attracts over 90 exhibitors and features seminars as well as new and existing products and services relative to the real estate industry.
