Memphis, Tenn. - In an effort to keep up with the rapid growth in DeSoto County, Miss., Crye-Leike, Realtors will be further expanding into North Mississippi, with a third branch office. The new branch office will be located in the county seat of Hernando at 2170 Highway 51 within the Oak Tree shopping plaza.
"We see continued dynamic growth in North Mississippi," said Harold E. Crye, chief executive officer and co-owner of Crye-Leike, Inc. "This year, one of our goals was to have a third office in DeSoto County. Our new Hernando location will bring us closer to the casinos which is part of the catalyst for the growth in this area."
Crye noted that this is one of Crye-Leike's smaller offices, at approximately 2,000 sq. ft., but for a reason. "We intend to stay in this leased space over the next three to four years, and then build our own building in a new Hernando location once we determine the market size," he stated.
