Nashville, Tenn. - Daylight-saving time is here and Crye-Leike, Realtors, the nation's 10th largest real estate company, has extended its hours of operation to give its customers more time to shop for that dream home, a practice Crye-Leike has done for the past 28 years.
"It's a commonsense approach to business and customer service," says Steve Brown, general manager of Crye-Leike. "We recognize that people are out looking, calling and buying real estate later in these late spring and summer months."
Crye-Leike is open seven days a week, with hours of operation extended 30 minutes a day during daylight-saving time. Current hours of operation are: Monday through Saturday, 8 a.m to 6 p.m., and 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Sundays.

Chattanooga, Tenn. - The Tennessee Real Estate Commission (TREC) recently announced that Ellis Gardner of Crye-Leike, Realtors, has received his broker's license after successfully passing the real estate broker licensure examination.
To become eligible for the examination, Gardner met strict experience and education requirements as a broker candidate. Broker candidates must have held an active license as an affiliate broker for a minimum specified period and must have successfully completed 120 classroom hours of real estate education, 30 hours of which must be an office or brokerage management course taken at a TREC approved school.

Little Rock, Ark.- The Arkansas Real Estate Commission (AREC) recently announced that LuAnn Deere of Crye-Leike, Realtors has received her broker's license after successfully passing the real estate broker licensure examination in March 2005.
To become eligible for the examination, Deere met strict experience and education requirements as a broker candidate. Broker candidates must have held an active license as an affiliate broker for a minimum of two years and must have successfully completed 60 classroom hours of real estate education from a school licensed by the Arkansas State Board of Private Career Education.
