Nashville, TN. - Crye-Leike affiliate broker, Sarah Milligan is the recipient of the 2014 Greater Nashville Association of REALTORS® Platinum Award of Excellence.
In order to qualify for the Platinum Award of Excellence, a nominee must have a minimum of $5,000,000 in qualified net volume of sales and/or leases and a minimum of 40 closed transactions during the applicable calendar year.
"This award is the result of two things, my involvement in my REALTOR® association and my commitment to provide excellent service to my clients," said Milligan. "Exceeding my sales goals for 2014 shows my customers that I am meeting their real estate needs and they are spreading the word about me to their family and friends. It is growing my business the old fashion way, and I love it."
