WOODSTOCK, GA., - As more and more homeowners fall into foreclosure? communities throughout Cobb County and Metro Atlanta continue to feel the effects in lower home values and few home sales. Realtors like Crye-Leike Agent Paul Raiti are saying enough is enough.

 

"Times are challenging to say the least," said Raiti. "During the good times a lot of good people ended up getting into trouble - and have not realized it until recently."

 

Raiti says many struggling homeowners who have lost a job or can no longer afford to keep up with their mortgage are either walking away or just giving up. He insists there's a better way by considering a short sale instead of assuming a foreclosure is the only way out.

MAUMELLE, AR., - Real estate sales look to be on the upswing going into the 2010 summer home buying season across Central Arkansas.
