HOT SPRINGS, AR., - ?Better Days Ahead' seems to be the prevailing attitude among many in the real estate industry. Among those in agreement is Hot Springs Realtor Chris N. Rix. After a year of falling home prices, record low interest rates and federal homebuyer tax credits - Rix and many in the business of selling real estate - are looking to 2010 as a turning point year for the industry.
"Anyone remotely affiliated in the real estate business has had a difficult 2009," said Chris N. Rix, a Realtor with Crye-Leike, REALTORS. "Having been a licensed Realtor since 2005, I have now seen housing markets run hot, cold and just plain difficult."
In 2009, Chris did his best to predict and plan. He is pleased to end the year closing 36 home sale transaction sides and volume over $5 million with many new and returning satisfied clients. 2009 was also a year for Chris to make a change in real estate companies.
