Leadership Matters As The Housing Market Struggles To Find Its Footing
MEMPHIS, TN., - There's a saying that leaders aren't born - they're made. That being the case? Crye-Leike, REALTORS Broker Mary W. Sharp believes she has experienced a ?self-made' journey in discovering the leader within, as she has become a recent graduate of the Northwest Mississippi Association of Realtors (NWMAR) Leadership Class of 2009.
"This experience has made me more aware of a ?wide range' of leadership components within me and helped me in recognizing my strengths as well as my weaknesses," said Sharp. "I feel the training has equipped me with the necessary expertise to be a more effective leader and participate in more leadership roles."
