HOT SPRINGS, AR., - Crye-Leike, REALTORS has named Realtor Rick Ramick to the Managing Broker post at the company's Hot Springs office located at 1420 Central Avenue. He will take the helm of a branch that for many years was under the leadership of Broker Bob Benscoter - who is transitioning into a new role with the company as Assistant Manager and Recruiter.
The transfer of power at Crye-Leike comes as a result of Benscoter's desire to pursue more personal sales - while still being involved in the growth of the office.
"This change from overseeing the day to day operations of our office to the role of an assistant manager is an exciting opportunity for me," said Benscoter. "I look forward to our continued success and assisting Rick in making our office not only the best but also the biggest in Hot Springs."
Ramick is a veteran of sales and what he calls the ?old school' strategy of knocking on doors...
