MEMPHIS, TN., - In the midst of an economic recession and a real estate sales market some call the worst ever - Crye-Leike Commercial Memphis is set to record its 3rd Best Sales & Lease Quarter Ever. Pushing the company's commercial division to this achievement by most accounts is a single purchase transaction representing the Conwood Company, LLC of Memphis valued in excess of $19-million.
"This has been months in the making," said Mack Browder, Senior Broker with Crye-Leike Commercial in Memphis. "The Conwood Company had been looking to acquire a large industrial property and I was thrilled to help company officials find and negotiate the purchase of a new facility at the Chickasaw Industrial Park in Memphis."
