Before Phillip had time to finish, Rick talked to his mortgage broker about refinancing the house, and she suggested it was a good time to buy.

Fayetteville, AR., - The clock is ticking down on the government's $8,000 tax credit for first-time homebuyers as the credit expires November 30. First-time homebuyers and anyone who hasn't owned a home in three years have less than four months to search for and close on a home before the opportunity to receive the $8,000 credit ends.

Crye-Leike, Fayetteville Realtors Cheryl Culp and Landra Bench invite the public to attend a FREE educational homebuyer's seminar and find out why now is the best time to purchase a home.

"We would like to extend an invitation to anyone who is even considering buying a home right now," said Landra. "With the $8,000 tax credit for first-time buyers, with interest rates still at a historical low and with a good selection of homes on the market to choose from, now is a great time for anyone to purchase a home and stop throwing money away on rent."

The seminar will educate...
