Fayetteville, AR., - The clock is ticking down on the government's $8,000 tax credit for first-time homebuyers as the credit expires November 30. First-time homebuyers and anyone who hasn't owned a home in three years have less than four months to search for and close on a home before the opportunity to receive the $8,000 credit ends.

 

Crye-Leike, Fayetteville Realtors Cheryl Culp and Landra Bench invite the public to attend a FREE educational homebuyer's seminar and find out why now is the best time to purchase a home.

With a little more that 100 days left for first-time homebuyers to cash-in on the $8,000 government tax credit, time is running out. It takes time to get your finances in order, find a house, negotiate and close the deal.

 

With that said, you do have time but not very much. Realtors say it's either $8,000 today or zero tomorrow!
