SPRING HILL, TN., - The clock is ticking down on the government's $8,000 tax credit for first-time homebuyers as the credit expires November 30. First-time homebuyers and anyone who hasn't owned a home in three years have less than 90 days to search for and close on a home before the opportunity to receive the $8,000 credit ends.
