Tupelo, MS.- Crye-Leike, Realtors is proud to announce that Kim Pate, ABR, GRI has joined the company's Tupelo office as a new sales associate.

 

"I try very hard to listen to my clients and seek out what they really want for themselves and their family," Pate said. "I'm a definite ?people person' and enjoy helping families find their new home or market their current one."

 

Pate has served seven years in the real estate industry and specializes in residential, relocation and historic home real estate. She serves the needs of buyers and sellers in Pontotoc, Lee and Lafayette counties and is a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Northeast Mississippi Board of Realtors.

 

Prior to joining Crye-Leike, Realtors, Pate was a sales associate at Commonwealth Realty. In her spare time, she enjoys snow skiing, swimming, smocking, yard work and spending time with her family.

FAYETTEVILLE, AR.- Crye-Leike, Realtors congratulates Fayetteville Arkansas based Realtor Cheryl Culp, on her appointment to the Arkansas Realtors Association (ARA) Equal Opportunity Committee.

 

"My career is not just about selling homes," said Culp.  "This is an opportunity to join with other leaders in our profession and maintain practices to ensure that our industry and licensed associates are always fair and ethical."

 

Culp will serve a three-year term on the all-volunteer committee that is made up of 17 members and a chairperson.  Fair Housing and Education will be the committee's primary concern, working internally to train and advise the ARA membership and maintain government compliance on matters of equal opportunity.
