BRENTWOOD, TN.- Crye-Leike, Realtors announces the company's Commercial Division has negotiated a contract to purchase and close on a 6900 square foot office building near Music Row at 1819 Broadway in Midtown Nashville.

"The location is ideal for Crye-Leike, Realtors," said Harold Crye, Founder and CEO of Crye-Leike, Realtors.   "From midtown, our agents will be able to serve the growth in residential condominium and town home sales from The Gulch to Downtown and beyond the Midtown corridor."

Located at the corner of 19th Avenue and Broadway, the commercial space is in the shadow of the new Adelicia condominium development, walking distance to Noshville Deli, Midtown Cafe and other nearby eateries and stores and one block off Music Row.

The office will be home to Crye-Leike's first residential sales office in Nashville's core urban business district in the company's 30-year history.

Last month the Cleveland City Schools Board of Education signed an agreement with Crye-Leike Auctions to sell the 79-year-old school.  Auctioneer Terry Posey along with Tony Young have agreed to sell it at no charge.

"It's a desirable approach for the school system to take the property to auction as opposed to the usual route of listing it and waiting for offers," said P...
