Crye-Leike Realtors Names Top 25 Agents for 2006: Chattanooga Region
CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. - Crye-Leike Realtors recently announced its Top 25 Sales Producers for 2006. The following Realtors have achieved the highest volume in sales for the company within its Chattanooga Tennessee Region:
Jay Robinson of Crye-Leike's Downtown branch office was named 2006 Producer of the Year. Crye-Leike's No. 2 sales producer in 2006 was Sandi and Todd Henon of Crye-Leike's Signal Mountain branch office, followed by No. 3, Max Phillips of Crye-Leike's Cleveland branch office.

Crye-Leike Realtors Reaches $6.1 Billion in Sales
CHATTANOOGA, Tenn.- Crye-Leike, Realtors, the nations 6th largest real estate company, recently held its annual meeting announcing a record 6.1 billion dollars in company sales for 2006. Despite overall predictions of sluggish real estate sales, Crye-Leike had its best year in its 30-year history, maintaining its spot as the largest real estate company in Tennessee and #1 in the Mid-south.
Crye-leike CEO, Harold Crye, says, " We have some of the best agents in the business. They care about the customer and they care about their community. Low interest rates, a strong local economy, customer loyalty and our unique one-stop home buying process held us at the number one spot."
Crye-Leike's Chattanooga Region had its best sales performance ever at $ 7.1 million, a 9 percent increase over the year before. These figures represent approximately 4,500 closings by its 400-plus sales associates in the Greater Chattanooga area.
