Crye-Leike Associate Dianne Patton Earns CPPS Designation
NASHVILLE, Tenn. - Crye-Leike, Realtors announces that Dianne Patton was recently awarded the company's Certified Premier Properties Specialist (CPPS) designation, signifying excellence in marketing higher priced and estate properties in the Greater Nashville area. She is among over 135 Crye-Leike sales associates company wide who have achieved this distinction.
Crye-Leike's Certified Premier Properties Specialist program includes completion of a highly specialized, two-day training course on architecture, custom construction, insurance, appraisal, finance issues, and interior and exterior design. Sales associates must also meet strict elective and experience requirements to apply for the designation.
"This designation is a benchmark of excellence in premier properties services," said Harold Crye, chief executive officer. "It demonstrates to the public and prospective clients that our associates have taken steps to continue their education in order to deliver the highest level of professional service."
Dianne Patton is affiliated with the Brentwood - West branch office, located at 5111 Maryland Way. With seven years of real estate experience, she specializes in residential, luxury, commercial, development, relocation, new construction and investment real estate services. Patton is a member of the National, Tennessee and Greater Nashville Associations of Realtors, and holds the designations of Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) and Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI), as well as the Crye-Leike designation of Multi-Million Dollar Club (MMDC).
