Crye-Leike Commercial and The Bloner Group, LLC Completes Sale of 333 Union Street
NASHVILLE, TN. - Brentwood based Crye-Leike Commercial and The Blonder Group, LLC, today announced they have completed the sale of a marquis downtown office building, located at 333 Union Street, in Nashville's central business district. The Voss Development Corporation from Oxnard, California purchased the 36,000 square-foot four-story office building located at the corner of 4th Avenue and Union Street in the heart of the financial district.
