MEMPHIS, Tenn. - Associates and employees at Crye-Leike, Realtors are continuing efforts to generate funding for LeMoyne-Owen College by hosting fundraising events aimed at reducing the historically black college's six million dollar debt.
The Crye-Leike office has a goal of raising five thousand dollars by June first, with one hundred percent of the money raised going directly to the college's Debt Reduction Campaign. Patrice Williams, an associate at the Austin Peay office, is heading the fundraising efforts. "Our office wanted to get involved to support higher education in our community," Williams comments, "so we decided to take action!"
