Crye-Leike Memphis Associate Selected for State Leadership Class
MEMPHIS, Tenn.- Crye-Leike, Germantown-Poplar, proudly announces that the Tennessee Association of Realtors (TAR) has chosen Harold Blockman for its 2006 Class of Leadership TAR.
Applications to participate in Leadership TAR are welcomed by all TAR members, reviewed, and an anonymous selection committee chooses twelve realtors to take part in the retreat. Activities include skill workshops, leadership case studies, network building, and communication exercises, all aimed to assist in sharpening leadership skills among emerging realtors.
Harold entered into the real estate industry in 1978, and is an active associate with listings of sales in both residential and commercial properties throughout Shelby County. He is a member of the Crye-Leike Multi-Million Dollar Club, and holds the designations of Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) and Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI). Accomplished Real Estate Broker Joins New Crye-Leike Alpharetta Branch Office
ALPHARETTA, Ga.- Long-time Crye-Leike Associate-Broker Cheryl Morris Oakes has joined the newest branch office to open within the Crye-Leike organization, in Alpharetta, Georgia.
As a 28-year veteran of the real estate industry, Oakes will serve the real estate needs of buyers and sellers in and around North Fulton County as well as Forsyth, Gwinnnett, Cherokee and Cobb counties. Licensed in both Georgia and Tennessee, she specializes in residential, relocation, and new home construction services. Oakes is a member of the National and Georgia Associations of Realtors, as well as the Atlanta Board of Realtors.
It was her husband's job that brought Oakes to the Atlanta area originally. "I hated to leave the Crye-Leike Memphis team that I was with for 13 years," she commented.
