Applications to participate in Leadership TAR are welcomed by all TAR members, reviewed and an anonymous selection committee chooses only twelve realtors to take part in the retreat. Activities include skill workshops, leadership case studies, network building, and communication exercises, all aimed to assist in sharpening leadership skills among emerging realtors.
