LITTLE ROCK, Ark. - The Arkansas Real Estate Commission (AREC) recently announced that Tammy Cheney of Crye-Leike, Realtors, has received her Broker's license after successfully passing the real estate broker licensure examination.
To become eligible for the examination, Cheney met strict experience and education requirements. All broker candidates must hold an active real estate license for a minimum of two years, and must successfully pass 60 classroom hours of real estate principles, license law, and Commission regulations at an AREC approved school.
Cheney, a resident of Little Rock, is Director of Crye-Leike Relocation Services - Central Arkansas Region, located at 11600 Kanis Road.
