Brentwood, Tenn. - Crye-Leike, Realtors is expanding its branch office operations into Dickson, Tenn. to meet the exploding housing growth in Cheatham and Dickson counties, says Harold E. Crye, chief executive officer of Crye-Leike, the nation's 10th largest real estate company.
Recent research by the Tennessee Advisory Commission on Intergovernmental Relations caught Crye's attention predicting that Dickson County will increase by 30 percent in population growth over the next 15 years from a current size of 47,000 in 2005.
In response, Crye has purchased a one-acre tract of vacant land on Highway 46 with plans to build a 9,000 square foot office building as the future home of Crye-Leike, Realtors' Dickson branch office, accommodating up to 40 Crye-Leike sales associates. This new office will bring the company's branch office count to 22 Crye-Leike branch offices in the Middle Tennessee Region.
