Little Rock, Ark. - Crye-Leike, Realtors, the nation's 10th largest real estate company, announces that 17 Crye-Leike sales associates within its Greater Arkansas Region have been inducted into Crye-Leike's Hall of Distinction for attaining distinctive honors and serving in key leadership roles within their local Realtor associations. They are:

Betsy Arey, a sales associate of Crye-Leike's Benton branch office, who was elected 2005 president of the Benton Chamber of Commerce;

Diane Barsotti, managing broker of Crye-Leike's Bryant branch office, who was elected chairperson of the Benton/Bryant Realtors Association's Award of Excellence Committee as well as a member of its Risk Reduction and Public Relations committees;

Anita Bell, managing broker of Crye-Leike's West Memphis, Ark. branch office, who served as 2004 president of the West Memphis Board of Realtors;

Chattanooga, Tenn. - The Tennessee Real Estate Commission (TREC) recently announced that Jennifer Newton of Crye-Leike Business Development has received her broker's license after successfully passing the real estate broker licensure examination in December 2004.

To become eligible for the examination, Newton met strict experience and education requirements as a broker candidate. Broker candidates must have held an active license as an affiliate broker for a minimum specified period and must have successfully completed 120 classroom hours of real estate education, 30 hours of which must be an office or brokerage management course taken at a TREC approved school.

Newton is president and director of Crye-Leike Business Development - Chattanooga Region, based in Chattanooga at 1510 Gunbarrel Rd. Nashville, Tenn. - Crye-Leike of Nashville, Inc. has named David Greene of Cunningham, Tenn. as managing broker of its Clarksville - Sango branch office, located at 2204 D Madison St. in Clarksville.

Greene is responsible for the sales production, management and recruitment of sales associates in his office who market real estate properties to buyers and sellers in Montgomery County as well as in the surrounding counties of Cheatham, Davidson, Houston and Stewart, including South Central Kentucky in Christian and Todd counties.

Greene has been in the real estate industry since 1999, specializing in relocation, residential home sales and farm sales and will continue to sell real estate in and around Montgomery County.
