Chattanooga, Tenn. - Crye-Leike, Realtors announces that one of its sales associates, Doris Townsend of Ooltewah, has been awarded the certified residential specialist (CRS) designation by the Council of Residential Specialists, a not-for-profit affiliate of the National Association of Realtors (NAR). Only 5 percent of Realtors nationwide have earned this distinction. It is the highest credential awarded to Realtors in the residential sales field.
The CRS designation is a nationally recognized professional designation. The CRS program provides Realtors with the skills needed to render greater and broader services to help clients maximize profits and minimize costs in the home buying or selling transaction process.

Chattanooga, Tenn. - The Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council (REBAC) has named affiliate broker Irma Shepherd of Crye-Leike, Realtors an accredited buyer representative, the only nationally recognized designation for buyers' agents and signified by the ABR designation.
