Hot Springs, Ark. - Real estate agents in the Hot Springs area have been issued a public challenge by Crye-Leike, Realtors to join them in their efforts to meet the critical need for blood by donating at Crye-Leike's first 2004 Hot Springs Realtors Blood Drive Challenge on October 12, 2004.
Crye-Leike, Realtors is teaming up with United Blood Services to conduct the blood drive. The drive will be held at Crye-Leike's Hot Springs branch office, located at 1420 Central Avenue from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., where a blood mobile unit will be utilized and visible for walk-up traffic.
Tapping into the real estate community is a new niche for United Blood Services, said company officials.

Lebanon, Tenn. - Break away from eating lunch at your traditional place on Friday, September 24, 2004 by eating at a lunchtime fund-raising benefit for United Way. No reservations required and call-in orders are welcome, says Crye-Leike organizers.
Crye-Leike sales associates will be grilling hamburgers and hot dogs to order for a $5 donation to United Way from 11 a.m to 1:30 p.m. at Crye-Leike's Lebanon branch office, located at 1432 West Main Street, across the street from Arby's in Lebanon. For fast service, call-in orders are being accepted at 444-8200.
The $5 lunch platter includes a grilled hot dog or hamburger, chips, dessert and drink. "All food items are being donated by Crye-Leike sales associates and Realty Title, so 100 percent of the proceeds are going toward United Way," notes Lori Gravens, event coordinator who added that additional donations are appreciated.

Nashville, Tenn. - The Tennessee Real Estate Commission (TREC) recently announced that Sheree Rudd of Crye-Leike, Realtors, has received her broker's license after successfully passing the real estate broker licensure examination in August 2004.
To become eligible for the examination, Rudd met strict experience and education requirements as a broker candidate. Broker candidates must have held an active license as an affiliate broker for a minimum specified period and must have successfully completed 120 classroom hours of real estate education, 30 hours of which must be an office or brokerage management course taken at a TREC approved school.
