Crye-Leike's Sheree Rudd Becomes a Broker
Nashville, Tenn. - The Tennessee Real Estate Commission (TREC) recently announced that Sheree Rudd of Crye-Leike, Realtors, has received her broker's license after successfully passing the real estate broker licensure examination in August 2004.
To become eligible for the examination, Rudd met strict experience and education requirements as a broker candidate. Broker candidates must have held an active license as an affiliate broker for a minimum specified period and must have successfully completed 120 classroom hours of real estate education, 30 hours of which must be an office or brokerage management course taken at a TREC approved school.
Rudd is a full-time affiliate broker, associated with Crye-Leike's Bellevue branch office, located at 224 Old Hickory Blvd. in Nashville. Crye-Leike's Tammy Cheney Earns Relocation Certification
Little Rock, Ark. - Tammy Cheney of Crye-Leike Relocation Services was recently awarded the RELO certified coordinator designation by RELO, a global network of nearly 700 real estate firms specializing in relocation.
Cheney, a resident of Little Rock, is director of Crye-Leike Relocation Services - Central Arkansas Region, one of four of Crye-Leike's regional relocation hub offices, also located in Chattanooga, Memphis and Nashville, Tenn. Its combined professional staff of 44 full time relocation professionals serve Tennessee, Arkansas, Mississippi, Georgia, Florida and Kentucky and annually assist over 5,000 executives and their families.

Sabrena Clinton Named Crye-Leike's Corporate Counsel
Memphis, Tenn. - Sabrena Clinton of Cordova, Tenn. has been named corporate counsel of Crye-Leike, Realtors, the nation's 10th largest real estate company and the largest serving Tennessee and the Mid-South.
As a member of Crye-Leike's management team, Clinton will serve as general counsel and oversee risk management and insurance, regulatory and statutory compliance issues, and contracts within the company.
Clinton comes to Crye-Leike from Las Vegas, Nev. where she was a civil litigation attorney with the law firm of Marquis & Aurbach for the past five years. Clinton's practice areas included business and real estate related litigation.
