Little Rock, Ark. - The Hot Springs Chamber of Commerce recently held a ribbon cutting ceremony to welcome its newest member to the business community, Crye-Leike, Realtors, the nation's 13th largest real estate company and the largest serving Tennessee and the Mid-South.
Crye-Leike's Hot Springs branch office is located at 4760 Central Avenue, a location previously owned by Prudential Lakefront Real Estate. Crye-Leike acquired Prudential Lakefront Real Estate in Hot Springs, Ark. in November 2002, a strategic move that company officials claim to be the first of many planned for Central Arkansas.
Crye-Leike managing broker Bob Benscoter notes that Crye-Leike has already outgrown its current facility with over 28 sales associates affiliated with the company in that area.
