Crye-Leike, Realtors to Hold 22nd Annual Real Estate Expo
Memphis, Tenn. - Over 2,200 sales associates of Crye-Leike, Realtors, the largest real estate company in Tennessee and the Mid-South, will gather between the company's 22nd annual Real Estate Expos held in Memphis, Tenn. on Tues., October 8, 2002 and in Nashville, Tenn. on Tues., October 22, 2002. The tradeshows offer educational and marketing opportunities for Crye-Leike's sales force from Tennessee, Arkansas, Mississippi, Kentucky and Georgia as well as for the local Realtor community who are invited to attend as well.

Crye-Leike Enters Florida Real Estate Market with Destin Franchise
Nashville, Tenn. - Crye-Leike, the largest real estate company in Tennessee and the Mid-South, is entering the Florida real estate market with its first franchise sold in Destin, Fla., announced Chief Executive Office Harold E. Crye, a move that broadens Crye-Leike's market presence into six southern states and positions the company within the leading real estate market in the nation in terms of new housing start ups and existing home sales.
According to the National Association of Realtors, Florida led the nation in new housing start ups in 2001; Texas ranked second, followed by California, Georgia and North Carolina. Florida ranked No. 3 in the nation in existing homes sales for 2001, with California ranking No. 1, followed by Texas as No. 2.

Crye-Leike in Bellevue Holds Karaoke Challenge to Benefit United Way
Nashville, Tenn. - If you like to sing, this one's for you. A "Karaoke Challenge" for the benefit of United Way is planned by the Bellevue branch office of Crye-Leike, Realtors on Tues., September 24, 2002 at the Bellevue Pub, located at 142 Belle Forest Circle in Bellevue, 7 p.m. The public is invited to attend.
The event is in conjunction with Crye-Leike of Nashville's United Way campaign kick off and is one of many fund-raising events Crye-Leike branch offices are holding during the month of September to benefit United Way.
"United Way supports a network of services that help people day-in and day-out, all year long," said Kay Crawford, managing broker of Crye-Leike's Bellevue branch office. "These services address some very real problems our nation and community are facing - problems such as illiteracy, AIDS, teen pregnancy, homelessness, child care, substance abuse and programs for disabled, abused and elderly individuals."

Crye-Leike's East Tennessee Franchise Expands Operations
Chattanooga, Tenn. - Crye*Leike Rare Earth Realty LLC of Kingston, Tenn., a franchise broker of Crye-Leike, the nation's 13th largest real estate company, is expanding its operations less than two years after joining the Crye-Leike franchise system.
The expansion has doubled their office space to 2,600 sq. ft, now accommodating 25 Crye-Leike sales associates who market residential and commercial real estate properties in Roane County as well as in the surrounding counties of Rhea , Loudon, Meigs and Anderson.
