Nashville, Tenn. - Crye-Leike Commercial Real Estate Brokerage & Property Management announces the relocation and expansion of its regional headquarters in Brentwood into a new company-owned office building located at 1187 Old Hickory Blvd. in Nashville, Tenn.
The move was prompted by the company's desire for greater visibility as well as expansion room for its rapidly growing commercial division, said Harold E. Crye, chief executive officer of Crye-Leike and owner of the 1.46 acre property which is valued at $1.8 million, including land and construction costs.
Crye-Leike Commercial will occupy 7,000 square feet of the newly-constructed 13,100 square foot office building, moving from its previous secluded location at 130 Wilson Pike in Brentwood. The new facility, located across the street from Bethel World Outreach Center, accommodates up to 30 Crye-Leike commercial brokers and management staff who serve Middle Tennessee and surrounding counties.
