Nashville, Tenn. - Crye-Leike of Nashville, Inc. has named Karen Baker training director of Crye-Leike College, Crye-Leike, Realtor's real estate training school established to help licensed sales associates at all professional levels achieve industry expertise. She will continue to serve as administrative manager of Crye-Leike of Nashville.
Baker will be responsible for implementing Crye-Leike's in-house education and training programs in Middle Tennessee, a program that graduates over 150 new Crye-Leike sales associates annually in Middle Tennessee after having received over 50 hours of instructional education and training on the fundamentals of marketing and selling real estate. Company wide, Crye-Leike College graduates over 400 sales associates annually, covering a five-state Mid-South region.
