Memphis, Tennessee - Crye-Leike, Realtors? announces that Steve Brown has been awarded the accredited buyer representative (ABR) designation by the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council (REBAC) of the National Association of Realtors. The ABR designation is the benchmark of excellence in real estate buyer representation.
Brown is vice president and general manager of residential real estate for Crye-Leike's Memphis region, a promotion he received in 1998 after holding management positions as broker and manager of Crye-Leike's Hickory Ridge and Quail Hollow branch offices. He also holds the professional designations of certified residential broker (CRB) and certified residential specialist (CRS). Brown began his real estate career in 1974 by selling real estate for builder and developer Martin & Herring, which led to his position as owner and operator of an ERA franchise. Later, Brown sold the franchise of 15 associates and $15 million in sales volume to join Crye-Leike.

Today it is ranked #4 in the nation and the largest real estate company serving markets in Tennessee, Arkansas, Georgia, Mississippi.
