Nashville, Tenn. - Crye-Leike, the largest real estate company in Tennessee and the Mid-South, has named Chip Kerr of Nashville director of Crye-Leike Builder Resources. Crye-Leike Builder Resources is a new homes division of Crye-Leike that specializes in comprehensive services for developers and builders of new homes, creating one source for all builders' needs in Middle Tennessee.
Kerr will focus Crye-Leike's efforts on increasing marketing opportunities for builders and developers in Middle Tennessee through such services as direct sales and consulting, on-site staffing, sales management, sales training, research & analysis on expansion markets and marketing to the real estate community.
