Nashville, Tenn. -  Crye-Leike announces the addition of Bud Crain to its corporate staff as account manager of Crye-Leike Home Services - Nashville Region, a new division in the area that offers a network of discounted home and family related services to its home buyers and sellers. Crain is responsible for securing qualified marketing partners in the Middle Tennessee area.

Prior to his new position, Crain served as sales consultant with Crye-Leike Home Improvement in Memphis, Tenn. He brings to Crye-Leike over 32 years of experience in residential construction, building over 400 homes during his career. He also was in residential real estate sales as an affiliate broker for five years and a broker for seven years with over 800 homes sold.

Nashville, Tenn. - Crye-Leike, the nation's 13th largest real estate company and the largest serving Tennessee and the Mid-South, announced the introduction of a new value-added service, Crye-Leike Home Services, the first of its kind for Crye-Leike customers and sales associates in the Greater Nashville area.  The announcement was made today by Chief Executive Officer Harold E. Crye at the company's annual Real Estate Expo, a trade show for its 800 sales associates that attracts over 55 exhibitors and features seminars as well as new and existing products and services relative to the real estate industry.

Crye at a special kick-off meeting in Memphis of Crye-Leike's 1,100 sales associates who serve West Tennessee, Arkansas and Mississippi.

Memphis, Tenn. - Crye-Leike's newly-established Home-Link? customer service program, managed by Crye-Leike Homes Services, was recently the recipient of a distinguished real estate award.

REAL Trends, Inc., a leading source of analysis and information on the residential real estate brokerage industry, honored the Home-Link program with the Most Innovative Product/Service Award.  Crye-Leike is a Home-Link licensee and has been offering this unique program to its customers since March 2001.

Memphis, Tenn. - Beginning the first quarter of 2001, Crye-Leike will transition its existing Memphis-based Total Home Care Club, a vendor referral business, into a new company with a new business model revolutionary to the real estate industry in Tennessee, reported Harold E. Crye, chief executive officer of the 10th largest real estate company in the nation.

The new company, Crye-Leike Home Services, will be a network of home- and family-related services available free to clients, disclosed C. F. Moore, newly-appointed director of Crye-Leike Home Services. A transaction management software system and national network will be used as the foundation for its model.

"Our new business model redefines the process of buying and selling a home, offering a personalized service to simplify homeownership," said Crye. "It will build a customer for life through technology and will assist the real estate associate in giving the consumer unparalleled service."
