Crye*Leike Gulf Coast Real Estate & Vacation Rentals Expands to Florida
Gulf Shores, AL: Crye-Leike Real Estate Services announces that its franchise office, Crye*Leike Gulf Coast Real Estate & Vacation Rentals, is now an official member of the Pensacola, FL Multiple Listing Service (MLS). This means that the franchise has a multi-state platform to serve clients in both Alabama and Florida.
Owned by President David Stidham and managed by Vice President Mike Steward, Crye*Leike Gulf Coast Real Estate & Vacation Rentals opened its doors in Gulf Shores, AL in August 2019. Steward, a Pensacola native, has been an active member in Gulf Shores' local real estate market since 2006. For him, expanding the franchise's presence to the Florida market was essential for the growing business.
