Realtor Kimberly Creek Joins Crye-Leike Gallatin
Creek is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) and the Sumner Association of REALTORS® (SAR). Creek is new to the real estate industry, but has experience working with real estate agencies and homeowners in her previous office position. Creek also has 19 years of customer service experience working in the healthcare industry. She looks forward to working with Crye-Leike and pursuing this new journey.

It all comes down to your finances.
If you're finances allow you to be able to purchase first, that's always better. But if not, you may wanna think about selling before you purchase.
- If you DO need the money from the house that you're selling in order to purchase, then SELL first.
- If you DON'T need the money from the sale of your own home, it's better if you BUY first.
