HENDERSONVILLE, TN., - With the experience of running a ?web based' business alongside her fianc? for the past several years, Joanna E. Pentland knows the ins & outs of what online customers need. Given that most people now start their home search online - Joanna says it's a natural progression in her career development to seek out a career in real estate sales.

"Crye-Leike, REALTORS offers so many tools to its Realtors to help with marketing, listing presentations and benefits to clients - so it was the clear choice for me when it came to deciding which real estate company I wanted to be affiliated with," said Joanna.  "It affords me the opportunity to put my web based experience to good use and have a career where I can be my own boss with all the benefits a large company like Crye-Leike offers."

Joanna - a 2009 Los Angeles, California transplant - has realized alongside her fianc? a level of comfort in dealing with clients o...

JACKSON, TN., - Realtors know the importance of teamwork. Each transaction demands the involvement and cooperation of dozens of people to have a successful property sale or purchase. That work experience and a genuine spirit to give back to the community has motivated a group of local Realtors to launch their 1st annual 5K Run/Walk to benefit the American Cancer Society.

"We've formed a task force in our office and call ourselves the "Crye-Leike Cancer Crushers" which came pretty naturally to most of us," said Neill Bartlett, a Realtor with Crye-Leike Blue Skies Real Estate. "Many of us, if not all of us have been affected by this dreaded disease and in the past year I lost both my father and uncle to cancer."

Bartlett's desire, to turn his personal experience into something positive, led him and others at Blue Skies to get behind the Run/Walk....

HIXSON, TN., - There are few times in a person's life when they feel as though they are truly living out their dream. A vacation or hobby may often be that ?dream' realized.  For real estate agent Stacey Groover, following her passion to serve others as a new Realtor with Crye-Leike Hixson, feels very much like a dream come true.

"I am very excited to be accomplishing my dream with Crye-Leike," said Stacey. "My goal as a Realtor is to serve the people of the Greater Chattanooga area with honesty, integrity and a continual commitment to the needs of my clients."

Stacey says her primary attraction to Crye-Leike is its well-known reputation as the #1 real estate company in the Mid South. In addition she says Crye-Leike's powerful marketing tools are a ?must have' for sellers. Stacey says she is also very impressed by the company's core values.

"Crye-Leike associates share the same values that I do for...

Eva recently joined Crye-Leike, REALTORS in Springdale, Arkansas. She moved to the Crye-Leike team from Coldwell Banker Faucette where she served as a Realtor for several years.

DICKSON, TN., - In a housing market that everyday seems to bring both hardship and opportunity, those in the business of real estate seem to have little choice but to face the challenges head on.  Crye-Leike's Michael L. Gilliland has clearly chosen the later as he recently obtained his Tennessee Broker license.

"This was the next logical step for me in an industry that requires high standards of performance, knowledge and ethics," said Gilliland.  "Real estate laws and principles are continually changing and the professional real estate agent must be willing to continually pursue the educational opportunities that are readily available in order to keep up with this ever changing industry."

The majority of licensed Realtors in Tennessee go their entire careers without an advanced Broker license - many with long and successful careers.  Gilliland doesn't believe minimum standards are enough.

"I see...
