Germantown, TN., If the business of selling real estate had Rock Stars, Rick DeLuca would be a sort of Elvis to legions of Crye-Leike, REALTORS agents who flock to see him.

DeLuca, a real estate agent, coach and national speaker - brought his lessons on sales and customer service to a packed meeting room of Crye-Leike associates at the Germantown Center on Friday, February 19, 2010.

It was a limited engagement just for agents of Crye-leike, REALTORS. It's part of an effort by the Mid-South's largest real estate firm to keep its associates on the cutting edge of home sales practices in an ever-changing real estate market.

Construction of a new Crye-Leike Realtors office is under way at 800 SE Walton Blvd. in Bentonville. The lot is in the Fountain Plaza development.

A construction permit valued at $1.56 million was purchased in November, but officials said the mortgage including land purchase was about $2.2 million. Signature Bank of Arkansas is providing the financing.

The 12,646-SF building will become home to about 30 agents who currently work in two different locations. Crye-Leike will occupy about 5,600 SF of the building and lease about 7,000 SF.

The lease rate is planned to be $16.50 per SF, plus the triple net rate of sewer, trash, taxes and maintenance, which is expected to run $2.50 per foot.

In most cases it's been the development of a standard website to project a firm's brand, business, story and services. Depending on the budget - that online investment can run a few hundred dollars on up into the millions.

The company's website crye-leike.com has been evaluated by a global real estate association - Leading Real Estate Companies of the World (LeadingRE) - which deemed the firm's crye-leike.com worthy of its quality certification designation.

"This provides an affirmation of the quality of Crye Leike's website," said Gurtej Sodhi,...
