Crye-Leike Commercial Broker Launches www.memphiscomps.com
MEMPHIS, TN.- Crye-Leike Commercial Broker Eric Fuhrman knows firsthand the financial pain many business and property owners in the MidSouth are feeling in the current economic recession.
"I talk to small and large commercial real estate owners and investors everyday," said Eric Fuhrman, a Broker in the Crye-Leike Commercial division in Memphis. "As many of them try to hang on to their assets, along comes the county with a tax assessment on their property that doesn't match the true street value.
