"It is an honor to be recognized for my work with Helping Hands," said Lynn. "I am presently awaiting word on getting Helping Hands set-up full time. Helping Hands, United Way, Second Harvest Food Bank and FCAP are working together on a partnership to allow the non profit ministry to function full-time in Fairview."
Lynn says she has pledges from supporters of her ministry to build-out with shelving, freezers, food and more but she says they must have enough funds or pledges for the rent for a year.
